Name, phone number, email and company name when you submit any form.

The asset details you enter when listing a property.

Usage data: pages visited, device type and referral source.

To contact you about the asset or requirement you submitted.

To match your brief against available assets or registered buyers.

To improve the site and measure marketing channel performance.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

We do not disclose your details to the other side of a transaction until qualification is complete and the brokerage agreement is signed.

We use service providers for hosting, analytics and email who process data on our behalf under contract.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic volume, sources and page performance, with IP anonymisation on.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site before (retargeting).

When you submit a form we also send a copy of that conversion to Meta from our server. Your phone number or email is SHA-256 hashed before it leaves us — the raw value never goes.

You can stop advertising tracking from your browser settings, with a tracker blocker, or from the ad settings in your Facebook account.

Contact data is kept while the relationship is live. Introduction records are kept for at least two years, as evidence of the fee entitlement.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent to marketing contact at any time, by emailing the address below.
